Follow these simple steps to get your workshop access and order confirmation email quickly:
 

  1. Give it a few minutes. In rare cases (or sometimes during Mercury Retrograde), it might take a few extra minutes to receive your purchase confirmation email.

  2. Check your Spam & Junk Folders. Your purchase confirmation may have been sent to a hidden folder within your inbox!

  3. Sign in to your account. After purchasing our workshops, they will be accessible once you log in. You may access your account by clicking HERE. Once you have entered your account, you will be directed to the "My Content" page, and your workshop should be available.

  4. Read the "Follow-Up Email" Instructions Carefully. If you purchased tickets to a LIVE workshop, you can find everything you need — from access details to your workbook — in your content library. Step-by-step instructions to join are available HERE.
     

  5. Review the Related Help Centre Articles. You can find more information and guidance about this issue HERE.
     

  6. Get in touch with our Support Team. Send us a message and provide your Name, Order Number, and any alternative email that may have been linked to your purchase so that we can locate your workshop and rectify this issue for you as soon as possible.
