Why Is My Workshop Not Showing in My Orders or Content Library?

If you’ve received an Order Confirmation email but your workshop isn’t appearing in your My Orders or My Content library, you likely have a duplicate account.



Why Duplicate Accounts Happen

This can occur if you weren’t logged in to your account when making your purchase. In these cases, the purchase is automatically linked to the email address connected to your payment method rather than your existing account.



How to Check for a Duplicate Account

  1. Look at the email address that received your Order Confirmation email.
  2. Confirm whether this email matches the one you use for your existing account.
  3. If it’s different, you probably have two accounts in our system.

How to Fix It

Once you’ve confirmed both email addresses, send our Support Team a ticket with:

  1. The email address linked to your purchase
  2. Which one you would like to use as your primary account


We’ll merge your accounts so all your workshops appear under one login.


⚠ After merging, the secondary account will no longer exist and cannot be deleted separately.


Once the merge is complete, all your workshops will be in your library, ready for you to dive into!



Ensuring Your Workshop Goes to the Right Account

When purchasing a workshop, please confirm that the email address entered at checkout is the one you want to use for access. If you need to make changes, you can update the email directly on the checkout page before completing your order.
