What If I Forget My Login Credentials?

We know life happens. One minute you’re breezing through your day, and the next, you’re staring blankly at a login screen wondering, "What was my password again?" Don’t worry, it happens to the best of us! Here's your go-to guide to get you back into your account in no time!

Stay Calm and Don’t Panic!   

First things first, take a deep breath. Forgetting your login credentials isn’t the end of the world. We’ve got your back!

Click “Forgot Password”  

That magical link is your best friend right now. You’ll find it right under the password box on the login page. Click on it, and an email will be sent to you with instructions. 

Check Your Email 

After clicking “Forgot Password”, head over to your email inbox. You should see an email from us with instructions to reset your password. If you don’t see it right away, check your spam or junk folder. 

Follow the Instructions 

Open the email, click the reset link, and voila! You’ll be prompted to create a new password. Make it something memorable this time (but make it strong and not ‘password123’, please).

Log in with Your New Credentials 

Return to the login page and enter your username and your new password. You’re back in action! We would also recommend keeping a secure record of your login credentials. A password manager can help you remember your credentials so you don’t have to.

Forgot Your Username? 

Okay, so maybe it’s not just your password you’ve forgotten. If your memory has taken a vacation and you can’t remember your username either, don’t worry. Your username is going to be the email you registered with. If you have multiple emails, that’s where our Customer Support Team can also support you locate them.
